Site Supervisor job is under Site Manager which coordinate under Constructions Manager department. The duties and responsibilities of a site supervisor in construction are quite specific and have a very significant influence on the sustainability of a project on the site.
Someone in this job who actually has to go directly into the site and carry out all the Shop Drawings given from the Planning Department and work action plan from the Site Manager. He also need to make sure that all works already follow the right conduct, right step and with right coordination with foreman of daily workers and also specialist subcontractors.
